About Bridgie’s Bucket
Several years ago a cookie loving mom and teacher, named Bridget Buford, had a dream to create the best chocolate chip cookie. As with any dream, creating the best chocolate chip cookie did not happen overnight. It took a lot of testing and tasting, not to mention a great deal of time.
Her passion for pure baking bliss using real flavors and honest ingredients led to Bridget’s secret recipes. Bridget never thought she would do anything with her cookies besides sharing them with family and friends. Years later with a lot of encouragement, Bridget started Bridgie’s Bucket-Baked Bliss in a Bucket!
Today her cookies can be found at Farmer’s Markets, stores, restaurants, and here on her website. Bridget takes great pride in all of her cookies. Each batch is made by her with each cookie hand scooped, weighed and packaged. In 2009 Bridget’s gourmet cookie mix also became available.
Everyone asks about the name
Why Bridgie’s Bucket? Bridgie is a nickname for her used by her family. Since her family was such a big influence in the development of her cookies it seemed the appropriate name to use. Buckets were how all cookies were packaged in the beginning, therefore the company became Bridgie’s Bucket!
