- What makes Bridgie’s Bucket’s cookies so special?
Only the finest ingredients are used. Our cookies are all natural, all butter and have no preservatives or additives. They are made fresh, hand scooped, and baked specifically for you.
- How long do the cookies take to arrive?
We ship USPS Priority Mail, which delivers on Monday through Saturday. Your package will usually arrive in two to three days. Priority Mail is not guaranteed. These delivery times are estimates provided by the USPS.
- What days do you ship?
We ship Monday through Wednesday to insure delivery before the weekend. No shipping on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Orders received at the end of the week will be shipped the following Monday, unless you select an expedited shipping method.
- How long do the cookies stay fresh?
If our cookies are stored in an airtight container or the bag they are shipped in they should remain fresh tasting for 5 to 6 days. We do not use preservatives. Most customers say that the cookies are always gone within a couple of days!
- Can I freeze Bridgie’s Bucket’s cookies and thaw them out as I want one?
Yes, you can freeze them in the bag they came in and thaw them out at a later date. The cookies can be thawed at room temperature or warmed in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for that warm out of the oven taste.
- Can I order online?
Yes. We use PayPal to accept payments. Please note that you do not need to open a PayPal account to pay for your cookies or mixes. PayPal allows you to use your credit card.
- Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can ship to multiple addresses, however you will need to place a separate order for each address. If you prefer to place your order by telephone, please call us at (925) 999-9376.
- Do you have a store?
There is not a storefront for Bridgie’s Bucket. You can however, purchase them at the Walnut Creek, Danville and Lafayette Farmer’s Markets. You may also order online or by telephone.
- Do you bake special cookies for the Holidays?
Each year I bring out one special cookie for the Holidays.
- Can I specify an exact shipping date?
Yes, and we will do our best to make sure your shipment arrives in a timely manner. However, the USPS does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
- How quickly is an order processed once placed on-line or over the phone?
Orders are processed within 24 hours if placed Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will ship the next shipping day, the following Monday.
- Where do you ship from?
We ship from Dublin, California.
- Can you bill my company for company orders?
Yes, and the order will be processed when we receive a check.
- Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem, just contact us.
- Is your cookie mix available for fundraising?
Yes, please contact us and we will send you all the information you need to get started.
- Does the cookie mix need to be refrigerated?
No. The cookie mix is simply the dry ingredients. You add your own butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Can I choose different cookie flavors in each gift package?
This is possible when ordering by telephone, although we may recommend against mixing some flavors in the same package.
- Can I order a mix of flavors within my dozen cookies?
Yes, but only when ordering over the telephone, as this requires special handling. Please contact us.
- How do I know my order was received at Bridgie’s Bucket?
We will send you a, “Thank You” confirmation email.
- Do you sell the cookie dough?
No, but we do sell our cookie mixes that do not need refrigeration.
- Are you going to offer mixes for all of your cookies?
No, not at this time.
- Do you have any services for weddings?
Yes, we love to do weddings. We do cookie favors, gift boxes for guests and cookie bars. Of course the cookie bar and cookie favors are for local weddings, but we can ship personalized gift boxes for you to give each guest. Please contact us.
